Job description

Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Join Famous Footwear's Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a Warehouse Associate on 1st shift. This shift is scheduled for 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Sat-Wed. In this role, you'll work with RF scanners to pick and pack shipments. In our fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment, you'll provide high attention to detail as you meet production goals and celebrate team wins along the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands

Qualifications That Make You The Perfect Fit!

  • High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Effective time management skills and positive team player required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required
