What We Do – Accountabilities
  • Assures administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely manner conveyed to the leadership team.
  • Assures partnership with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives as well as reporting.
  • Assures training is conducted in the approved branded fashion to maintain consistency in learning and development of trainees.
Essential Functions
  • Adheres to, and assists in the administration of all Safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping and accident prevention.
  • Assists leadership in tracking departmental data related to specific metrics to drive performance.
  • Responsible for coordinating and providing day to day reporting to management team
  • Performs physical counts and monitors inventory levels to maintain accuracy.
  • Provides support in driving continuous improvement of processes.
  • When business needs dictate, the ability to perform all Distribution Center functions, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping.
  • Assist in operational training as needed.
  • Leads by example, by abiding by all company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

  • Distribution Center Experience 1+ years
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks/projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions.
  • Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
