Job description

The Group Sales Executive serves as a member of the College Football Hall of Fame's in-house sales team within the Fan Experience department. This role helps drive revenue and attendance through targeted group sales. The ideal candidate is a resilient and self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a competitive drive to achieve goals.
Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas:
  • Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly number of outbound prospecting sales activities, including emails, phone calls, social media outreach, and in-person meetings.
  • Heavy expectations on generating leads through outbound calls (Expected 40-50 calls daily).
  • Initiate follow-up communication required to close each sale, including, but not limited to, emails and return phone calls.
  • Accurately document and report all sales activities and maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects.
  • Input orders and process invoices and payments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with FELT (Fan Experience Leadership Team) and Operations regarding upcoming group visit details.
  • Collaborate with the entire sales team and other departments to collectively meet or exceed sales goals, including identifying new opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Attend networking, promotions, and outreach-oriented events when needed.
  • Capture feedback from guests timely and efficiently to communicate any needed adjustments that support return visits and repeat business.

Education & Experience:
