Job description

Athenian Grill is looking to add a professional team member in Lexington, KY. We are looking for one Banquet Server to join our 9 person strong team at University of Kentucky Joe Craft Football Training Facility. You will be joining our Executive Chef and his team to serve the University of Kentucky football team and staff. We are located on 295 Alumni Dr. (Joe Craft training facility). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.


Schedule for main season is Monday - Friday (with occasional events on weekends)

  • Must be able to stand for at least eight hours
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be on time

Requirements

  • Make sure all stations are presentable and clean
  • Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation
  • Prepping fruit, deli, and salad for the main buffet bars
  • Communicating food service needs to back of the house and stocking all food items, cups, napkins, cutlery
  • Being friendly & open with all players and staff alike/ building rapport and learning names etc.
  • Label stock and inventory all ingredients



Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate and listen to team members
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
  • Experience as a Banquet Server is a plus
