Sales Account Executive - NAZ Wranglers Front Office
Northern Arizona Wranglers | Prescott Valley, Arizona | Full-Time
Position Summary
The NAZ Wranglers, a professional indoor football team based in Prescott Valley, Arizona, are seeking a driven, outgoing, and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join the team's front office. This role is responsible for generating revenue through season tickets, group outings, premium seating, corporate partnerships, and fan experience packages while helping grow the Wranglers brand throughout Northern Arizona.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sports environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for fans, families, businesses, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell season tickets, mini plans, group tickets, suite experiences, hospitality packages, and special-event inventory.
• Prospect, cultivate, and close new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, community events, and in-person appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, nonprofits, and community groups.
• Identify opportunities for corporate partnership and sponsorship conversations, coordinating with leadership as appropriate.
• Provide excellent service to current ticket holders, group leaders, partners, and fans to encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat purchases.
• Represent the Wranglers at home games, community events, chamber functions, networking events, and promotional appearances.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline notes, and customer records in the team's CRM or tracking system.
• Assist with game-day sales, fan engagement, client hospitality, group experiences, and other front office operational needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, activity expectations, and revenue targets set by management.
Qualifications
• Previous sales, customer service, sports business, hospitality, or entertainment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, setting appointments, asking for business, and following up consistently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, accounts, and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all NAZ Wranglers home games and team events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in sport management, business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
