Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women's National Team legends-Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne-in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women's soccer as we know it. Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has a professional, service-focused, and proactive mindset with a background in client management and support. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing a segment of Bay FC's General Season Ticket Members, including building strong client relationships, backend account management, collecting payments, and renewing and upselling accounts. This full-time position reports to the Manager, Client Services.
Responsibilities
  • Adopt a mindset of "unreasonable hospitality" to deliver incredible, personalized service and ensure each account has a great experience with Bay FC.
  • Build long -lasting relationships with season ticket members.
  • Reach personal and departmental sales goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day account needs of a segment of Bay FC's Season Ticket Members.
  • Work proficiently in the digital ticketing system to ensure account accuracy and timely payments.
  • Complete individual metrics set each week and maintain records of all sales prospecting and customer conversations in our CRM system.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Salesforce, Archtics, and Tixr experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Women's soccer/NWSL knowledge a plus

Compensation:
The compensation for the role starts at $26 per hour, with a with a commission target of $32,000.00.
