About the role
Coffee Concrete is adding a skilled cook to our café kitchen. You’ll handle breakfast/lunch service, prep, and consistent execution in a compact, fast-paced space. Cleanliness, speed, and quality are the standards.
What you’ll do
  • Set, stock, and break down a small line; keep BOH spotless and organized
  • Cook to order on griddle/fryer/oven; assemble plates with speed and accuracy
  • Daily prep: slicing, batching, labeling, rotation (FIFO), allergen controls
  • Temp checks and logs; uphold food safety and sanitation at all times
  • Support inventory counts, deliveries, and waste tracking
  • Follow opening/closing checklists; assist with menu specials and R&D
  • Communicate clearly with baristas/FOH for smooth hand-offs
What you bring
  • 1+ year line cook experience (breakfast/brunch or café preferred)
  • Strong knife skills, station discipline, and ticket management
  • ServSafe or Food Handler (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • Reliable, punctual, calm under pressure
  • Able to lift 50 lb and stand for extended periods
  • Weekend/holiday availability required
Schedule & pay
