Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Pay: 18.85-28.27 per hour
Position Summary
Clean, dry, and deodorize tank trailers using high pressure steam, water, chemicals and detergents. Provide training and guidance to other tank wash personnel.
Essential Functions
  • Perform wash water segregation duties
  • Comply with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
  • Manage chemical usage and waste
  • Open and close valves
  • Couple tanks and drive tractors
  • Lift, pull, push and carry hoses
  • Conduct measurements and complete paperwork
  • Prepare trailers for deliveries
  • Train new tank wash personnel in proper tank wash procedures
  • Educate drivers to identify trailer cleanliness issues
Pay Range: - , General Benefits: Benefits include medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, a 401K program with company match, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity insurance.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years tank washing experience
  • Ability to clear and enter confined spaces
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Class A CDL with good MVR
  • Warehousing and preloading experience
