Job description

School Food Service Kitchen Manager needed for food service program in the Largo FL, area.  Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off.School Food Service experience needed. ServSafe® certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.Over see kitchen operation on a daily basis.Be sure all menu items are based on the guidelines of the NSLP Serving, food preparation.Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all timesObserve that personal protection equipment is in use at all times.Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.Over see Kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
