Job description

Froehlich's in Three Oaks, MI is currently hiring for a full-time Food Server to warmly assist customers and ensure they have the best dining experience possible! This Food Server/Waiter position earns a competitive base salary of $4 per hour plus tips, for a total earning potential of up to $25 per hour. Our top servers make $400 - $600 weekly in tips.

DAY-TO-DAY

This waiter position works full-time from Thursday to Monday including mandatory weekends May - September. Our restaurant is closed Tuesday-Wednesday.

As a Restaurant Server, you are a professional who understands the importance of excellent customer service. You are essential to our team and many customers rely on you. Using your interpersonal skills, you get to know our customers well and ensure they are being taken care of. When guests are ready, you accurately take orders and put them through to the kitchen. As food becomes ready, you deliver each dish to the right seat and make sure each customer has what they need to enjoy their food. You are an efficient waiter and thrive in our fast-paced, busy environment. As needed, you handle any issues or questions that may arise. You feel good about making sure our customers have the best experience possible!
