Job Description:  We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven food server to create exceptional member experiences. The food server will play a vital role by providing attentive, personalizedand professional service to club members and their guests. This role requires a high level of poise, product knowledge, anticipation of guest’s needs and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment. 

Professional Qualifications: 

  • Proven execution as a Food Server in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or a private club/resort environment 

  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, coffee and beverage service 

  • Professional appearance and polished communication skills 

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-performance setting 

  • Strong sense of urgency 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence 

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach 

  • Availability to work a non-traditional schedule of operations supporting a member-driven environment 

  • Ability to stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Working expertise in health and safety guidelines 

Essential Duties: 

  • Ensure proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and organization always 

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selections, and seasonal offerings 

  • Engage members professionally while maintaining discretion and club-level etiquette 

  • Actively listen, anticipate, understand and respond to member & guest needs 

  • Present menus with a detailed knowledge of our food & beverage offerings 

  • Accurately take and enter orders using the POS system 

  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, presentation, and timing 

  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, host and management teams to ensure seamless service 

  • Uphold club standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality 

  • Assist with special events, private gatherings, and race-day hospitality service 

  • Adhere to all sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control laws and policies 

  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by the manager
