Job description

Typical Roles and Responsibilities:

Meat Cutter (1st Shift):
  • Remove primal cuts from the primal cut line and bone out/trim according to specifications.
  • Cut and trim special cuts, remove skin, fat, bones, and blood clots.
  • Follow USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards.
  • Maintain safety rules and communicate concerns to supervisors.
  • Handle products and equipment safely; keep pace with production speed.
  • Skills required: basic math, communication, knife skills, ability to follow directions.

Production Worker:
  • Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, learning and mastering multiple processes.
  • Support production goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Work in a family-friendly, supportive environment with experienced team members.

Warehouse Associate:
  • Manage inventory and order fulfillment in a warehouse setting.
  • Work flexible shifts, including third shift.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members.
