The PD will need to interpret the data and make decisions on the path moving forwardMust have the ability to lead a team of individuals that will not be reporting directly to youMust have a good understanding of EBM, ISBM, IBM, and IM technologiesPlastic processing experience is a plusTooling build experience a plusComputer skills are very important...
