Now Hiring Manufacturing Engineer

Kings Mountain, North Carolina

Now Hiring Manufacturing Engineer – 1st Shift Bessemer City, NC Area Competitive Salary Based on Experience Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 1st Shift We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team. This position focuses on process improvement, product quality, equipment optimization, and lean manufacturing initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:

  • Support new product launches and engineering changes
  • Improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Troubleshoot production and equipment issues
  • Develop tooling, fixturing, and CNC-related documentation
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, QA, and supply chain teams
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Optimize material usage and reduce production waste
  • Support robotics programming and automation improvements
  • Assist with project planning, reporting, and process documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field preferred
  • 0–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and process improvement tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar software is a plus
  • Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, QCP, and ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
