Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: LOS ROBLES GREENS, THOUSAND OAKS, CA

Los Robles Greens, located in the breathtaking landscapes of Thousand Oaks, CA is renowned for its exceptional golfing experience and outstanding food and beverage services. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Train and supervise banquet staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
  • Manage staffing needs for the banquets food and beverage team.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels.
  • Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.
  • Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
