The iconic Fox Theatre is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our hospitality, culinary, and merchandising operations.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage programs, from high-volume theatre concessions to premium Marquee Club experiences and private events, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, quality, and innovation. You will also play a key role in expanding our merchandise and retail offerings, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall guest experience.
What You'll Do
Lead Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Champion world-class hospitality standards across all F&B and retail operations
  • Oversee theatre concessions, Marquee Club beverage service, culinary operations, and private events
  • Ensure seamless service delivery in both high-volume and premium environments
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Manage all aspects of F&B operations including staffing, purchasing, inventory, POS systems, and logistics
  • Optimize speed of service, product quality, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong systems for inventory, storage, and equipment management
Deliver Financial Performance
  • Maximize profitability across food, beverage, and merchandise programs
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Implement controls for cash handling, payroll, and inventory management
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Hire, train, coach, and inspire a diverse hospitality team

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

  • Background in revenue generation, budgeting, inventory management, and operational strategy
Leadership & Skills

  • Expertise in F&B operations, logistics, and service delivery across multiple formats

Essential Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed;
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts;
  • Should be able to traverse the venue, including moving between floors;
  • Occasionally required to stoop or lift light materials or equipment.
