Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Foam Molders for a manufacturing company in Wheaton, MN. In this role, youll help produce high-quality molded products while working with a team focused on safety, quality, and production efficiency. What Youll Do as a Foam Molder:

  • Construct parts for the foam molding department
  • Paint and trim molded products to meet customer specifications
  • Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover processes
  • Assist with planning and prioritizing production needs
  • Follow quality standards and ensure quality practices are maintained
  • Support a safe work environment by following all safety programs and guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Foam Molder Role:

  • Ability to recognize and address safety concerns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a production environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training
