The Foam Tech Operator role is ideally suited for those seeking a dynamic, engaging part-time position in a non-traditional work environment. Please note, this is not a remote job - our operations thrive on direct, lively interactions at physical locations.

The position is seasonal and part-time, designed for individuals who exude energy, possess a can-do attitude, and enjoy the process of making events memorable. If you're someone who does not mind a bit of froth and fun in your work life, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with event organizers to understand and fulfill the foam party requirements.
  • Transport, set up, and operate foam generating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor the equipment during events to ensure it operates correctly and safely.
  • Engage with event participants, enhancing their enjoyment and participation.
  • Oversee the foam area to maintain safety and fun for all guests.
  • Manage the breakdown and packing of the equipment post-event, ensuring all components are secured and inventory is maintained.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the foam machine if issues arise during operation.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for participants and self.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic presence that adds to the festive atmosphere of the events.
  • Provide feedback and reports on equipment performance and customer satisfaction to management after events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience or ability to operate machinery and equipment preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs unaided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the public.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of transporting equipment (hatchback, truck, or SUV preferred).
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and maintain a presentable appearance at events.
