What You'll Do

  • Perform high-precision construction layout and as-built surveys
  • Operate Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, and related survey technology
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project layout
  • Verify survey data through established QA/QC procedures
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and other trades
  • Prepare clear field notes, reports, and survey documentation
  • Maintain Apex's commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism on every project


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of industrial construction surveying experience
  • Experience with Trimble survey equipment and software is considered a strong asset
  • High-precision surveying capabilities with Robotic Total Station
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
  • Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience is considered an asset
