Industrial Labourers –| Fly-In/Fly-Out

Canoco Energy Services is seeking experienced Industrial Labourers to join our team for work in Fort McMurray, Alberta.


This is a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position with camp accommodations provided, following a 24/4 shift schedule with an ASAP start.


We are looking for dependable individuals with industrial construction experience who take pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labour duties on industrial construction sites
  • Assist trades and site crews with daily construction activities
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist with concrete and construction activities as required
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and hazard assessments
  • Follow all company and site safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous industrial construction experience required
  • Experience working on industrial sites
  • Valid CSTS 2020 or CSO
  • Valid WHMIS 2015
  • Valid Fall Protection
  • Valid H2S Alive
  • Valid Confined Space
  • Strong commitment to safety and productivity
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically capable of performing demanding industrial work
