Location: Grand Junction, CO 81501

Shift: 12 hour night shift

Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • Immunization report – PPD/ Flu shot/ TB report/ Physical report
  • 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
