Job description

Title: Community Support Associate
Location: Floyd County Homeless Shelter
Employment Type: Full-Time
Credentials: High School Diploma or GED with one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder
Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Basic computer operations (Microsoft Office programs, email, internet, etc.).
Primary functions:
  • Provide billable CSA services as identified in client's treatment plan and accurately submit service notes in a timely manner.
  • Provide assigned shift coverage at the Floyd Shelter.
  • Answering the telephone to provide or receive information related to the program.
  • Report incidents or concerns related to the Floyd County Homeless Shelter Program directly to administrative supervisor in a timely manner.

Shift/Days and Work Hours: Shift hours may be open for negotiation; depending on availability and program needs.
