Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate execution of projects across SpaceX, Data Center, and large cross-sell initiatives
• Track production status, material flow, and order progress across multiple active programs
• Manage day-to-day vendor coordination, including purchase orders, expediting, and delivery tracking
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility to internal stakeholders
• Support development and execution of stocking plans and inventory strategies
• Partner with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely order execution
• Identify and escalate risks related to supply chain, production, or scheduling constraints
• Ensure documentation, order requirements, and customer specifications are complete and accurate
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance execution consistency and efficiency
Qualifications:
• 4-8+ years in production, operations, or project coordination
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or engineered products environment preferred
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
