Flotation Operators also conduct equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety regulations to maintain a smooth operation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Flotation Operator position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Flotation Operator, you need a solid understanding of mineral processing, mechanical aptitude, and experience with industrial equipment, typically supported by a high school diploma or technical training. Familiarity with flotation cells, control systems (such as SCADA), and adherence to safety regulations are essential for efficient operation.
