Pay Rate: $20.00
Shift Premium Amount: $2.00
Position Summary:
Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a technically proficient, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Conversion Operator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
  • Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule
  • Record production data and complete required documentation
  • Follow all Sealed Air policies and procedures.
  • Understand and adhere to quality control standards.
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma of GED preferred
  • 1+ year of experience as a machine operator
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods
  • Ability to read technical documents, safety rules, or work orders, etc.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational, math, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work any shift based on business needs.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
