Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Floating Assistant Community Manager to support two tax credit apartment communities: Parc Fairview and Washington Square.

The Role
As a Floating Assistant Community Manager, you will provide operational and resident support while floating between Parc Fairview and Washington Square. Both communities are tax credit properties, making affordable housing compliance experience essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations at both apartment communities
  • Assist with leasing, applications, renewals, move-ins, and resident retention
  • Support occupancy, collections, and revenue goals
  • Process resident accounts and financial transactions
  • Assist with tax credit compliance and affordable housing requirements
  • Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
  • Conduct property inspections and assist with reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns
  • Support marketing and resident retention initiatives
  • Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of tax credit/LIHTC experience required
  • Multifamily property management experience required
  • Assistant Community Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or similar experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance and tax credit requirements
  • Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively across two communities
  • Entrata or similar property management software experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
