Working closely with Solairus Aviation and the flight department team, the CAM ensures seamless coordination among pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, vendors, and company stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, discretion, and operational excellence expected by our clients.

- Support the professional growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, operational reviews, and training coordination activities to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and administer annual performance reviews.
Client & Organizational Relations
- Serve as the primary liaison between the aircraft owner and the flight department, ensuring alignment with owner preferences, expectations, and operational objectives.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with Solairus' key internal partners, including the Client Responsible Officer (CRO), Client Services Director (CSD), Flight Coordinator (FC), Client Accounting Department (CAD), and other operational teams.
- Collaborate closely with Flight Operations, Maintenance Operations, Safety, and other Solairus departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Submit monthly CAM reports to the CRO and CSD detailing flight activity, crew performance, maintenance status, financial updates, and operational matters.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with Solairus Aviation regarding operational issues, owner requests, and department initiatives.
Operations & Safety Oversight
- Oversee flight scheduling, trip planning processes, and operational logistics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and outstanding client service.
- Ensure all flight department activities comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor operational readiness, crew qualifications, training status, and required documentation.
- Promote and support Solairus' Safety Management System (SMS) by ensuring active participation and adherence throughout the department.
- Facilitate safety reporting, risk assessments, and corrective action initiatives.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget, including maintenance, training, travel, fuel, subscriptions, and crew-related expenses.

- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operational environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively manage conflict and competing priorities.
