Job description

Crossroads Courier, based in St. Louis, MO, is a leading transportation company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable air freight solutions. We are seeking an experienced Air Support Representative to join our dynamic TranSendIt team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept with technology, we want to hear from you!

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $21 - $23, based on experience
  • Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Schedule

  • Second Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 2PM to 10PM
  • Third Shift: Monday through Friday, 3AM to 11AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and categorize email communications efficiently.
  • Enter and organize daily flight schedules and tasks each morning.
  • Book, set up, and oversee all assigned air freight jobs.
  • Process orders from Crossroads customers promptly.
  • Issue alerts and updates to customers and agents regarding job status.
  • Communicate any delays or issues to Crossroads Leadership in a timely manner.
  • Compile and maintain weekly reports using Excel for internal reference.
  • Troubleshoot airline-related issues and adjust bookings as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment (including food service, production, hospitality, etc) OR recent college graduate with Bachelor's degree in logistics or transportation-related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear instruction delivery.
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
