Technical & Administrative Skills

Your Responsibilities
  • Route time-sensitive shipments for maximum speed and profitability
  • Coordinate with airlines, drivers, delivery agents, and internal teams
  • Own the customer relationship-communicate with confidence, urgency, and clarity
  • Monitor every detail from booking through delivery with full visibility
  • Solve real-time problems with calm under pressure and fast decision-making
  • Support new and existing accounts with smart, tailored logistics solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier carriers
  • Generate accurate quotes, process documentation, and follow strict procedural compliance
  • Collaborate with accounting to flag billing anomalies
  • Provide after-hours emergency logistics support (overnight preferred: 11 PM-7 AM)
