Velocity FBO Network is redefining the private aviation experience. At our Saint Simons Island location, we're looking for an Air Concierge with a true passion for service. Job Summary
As an Air Concierge, you'll be the face of our FBO � greeting aircraft, coordinating services, and providing first-class care to pilots, passengers, and crews. This position requires someone with a servant's heart, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist arriving and departing aircraft passengers and crews.
  • Marshal aircraft and provide wing-walking support.
  • Deliver coffee, catering, ice, and other supplies directly to aircraft.
  • Work outdoors on the ramp in varying weather conditions.
  • Provide concierge-style service, including local recommendations and arranging ground transportation.
  • Maintain a clean and professional FBO environment.
  • Coordinate with line service and customer service teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Represent the Velocity brand with professionalism, hospitality, and pride.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and be physically active.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be dependable, courteous, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or concierge services is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug screening.
