FlexTek is partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Financial Analyst who enjoys turning data into actionable business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants to partner directly with operational leaders.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with operational leadership across multiple business locations to provide financial analysis and decision support.
  • Prepare and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Analyze financial performance and investigate variances.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to help leaders understand business performance.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Compile, organize, and manipulate large data sets using Excel.
  • Assist with financial reporting and planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and operational performance.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial leaders.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced Excel skills are essential, including experience with:
