Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexo Press Operator to join our team. As a Flexo Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. You will ensure that the equipment is functioning properly, monitor the printing process, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain print quality and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of flexographic printing techniques and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting job orders, blueprints, and work instructions
- Familiarity with different types of inks, substrates, and adhesives used in flexographic printing
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform regular maintenance on flexographic printing equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain print quality throughout production runs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make adjustments to optimize print performance
