Job description

Job Summary:

Data entry, shipping and general operational duties of the online sales business.

Essential Functions:

  1. Be able to read descriptions in detail.
  2. Find merchandise from inventory based on description form; include name, size, description, and weight.
  3. Recommends items for auction, prices, and descriptions based on research and as applicable.
  4. Pull all sold orders.
  5. Properly package each item.
  6. Determines best method of shipping and shipping fees.
  7. Complete shipping following UPS, FedEx or USPS guidelines.
  8. Monitor packing supplies.
  9. Monitor completion of daily shipments.
  10. Follow through on any UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking as needed.
  11. Works one on one with persons in services to teach job tasks as assigned.
  12. Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
  13. Performs all other duties as assigned and trained.

  1. CARF: Ensure documentation and compliance with CARF standards.
  2. Safety: Maintain applicable safety standards, rules, and regulations in areas of responsibility.

Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds, walking or standing the for the entire shift, involves most of the time in an warehouse environment occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures, noise, fumes, dust, etc.
