Job Overview
Solar Pros AZ is actively hiring motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our growing solar sales team.
This position is ideal for individuals who are competitive, outgoing, coachable, and motivated by income growth. No solar experience is required — we provide training, mentorship, and a system designed to help you succeed.
As an Appointment Setter, your role is to speak with homeowners, generate interest in solar, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
If you enjoy talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and controlling your income through performance, this is a strong opportunity to build a career in one of the fastest-growing industries in Arizona.
Responsibilities
  • Generate homeowner interest through door-to-door outreach and lead generation
  • Set qualified solar consultations for sales representatives
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the field
  • Track appointments and follow-up activity
  • Work closely with team leaders and closers
