RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC), your primary responsibility is determining the appropriate level of care for our residents.
  • Scheduling and overseeing all resident MDS Assessments.
  • Participating in the pre-admission process to determine potential residents' level of care.
  • Reviewing all MDS assessments and related forms to certify timely completion.
  • Analyzing Quality Indicator reports for potential resident concerns and problems.
  • Participate in the Quality Assessment and Assurance Program.
  • Understand and follow Resident Care Plans.
  • Ensure accurate documentation during your shift.
  • Complete accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess an active and good-standing RN License.
  • Long term care experience preferred.
  • Experience as an RNAC preferred.
