    We are growing! Employer Flexible is expanding its Sales Team and looking to add a Sales Consultant in the San Antonio Market. 
    The Sales Consultantwill provide business owners with PEOsolutions that will best benefit their company and employees through appropriately identifying their needs, building relationships, closing the sale, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to the implementation of services. The Sales Consultantwill maintain a strong business partnership with current clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. 
    This position helps achieve Employer Flexible'smission bybeing passionate about providing a clear solution for prospects and clients that help drive their performance the right way while remaining profitable and positive for all stakeholders. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Develop and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, cold calling, direct outreach, and engagement with community and business organizations. 

    • Utilize a consultative sales approach to establish trusted advisor relationships, uncover client needs, and create alignment around business challenges and solutions. 

    • Sell Employer Flexible's PEO solutions to small business owners and C-level executives by effectively communicating the value, ROI, and strategic benefits of our services. 

    • Partner with business owners and leadership teams to help reduce costs, streamline administration, improve employee experiences, and mitigate employer-related risk through a comprehensive HR solution. 

    • Prepare and present customized proposals, secure appropriate internal approvals, and deliver compelling recommendations to prospective clients. 

    • Leverage data, analytics, and business insights to demonstrate how Employer Flexible's solutions impact financial performance, operational efficiency, employee retention, and organizational growth. 

    • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, data collection, benefits analysis, technology demonstrations, proposal presentations, negotiations, and closing new business. 

    • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas, activity expectations, and pipeline development goals. 

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. 

    • Minimum one year of consultative sales experience with a focus on relationship building and solution-based selling. 

    • At least three years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience. 

    • Group 1 License is a plus! 

    • Successful track record of lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development. 

    • Professional Employer Organization, Benefits or Healthcare Benefits industries experience preferred
