What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook dinner menu items with accuracy and speed based on pre-set recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including temperature control and handling procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools.
- Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
