  • Ensure ongoing compliance with multi-state insurance regulations and filing requirements.
  • Support the annual insurance budgeting process, including post renewal updates and communication with the Finance and Accounting teams.

Systems & Tools

  • Assist in automating key workflows such as certificate issuance, claim entry, and insurance renewal exposure data collection and reporting.
  • Help build internal tools and dashboards to enhance risk reporting and visibility for business partners.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, compliance, or corporate operations.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and concepts, policy structure, and administrative processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with RMIS or related platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain technical risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach.

Bonus:

  • Experience working in a corporate risk or insurance department or insurance broker supporting multiple lines of coverage.
