Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assisting with video production and design projects for the HR Marketing team.
  • Supporting internal outreach efforts for various projects.
  • Contributing to generating video and design ideas during brainstorm sessions.
  • Standing in as an on-screen personality when needed.
  • Assisting with equipment set-up for video production.
  • Providing organizational support for the HR Marketing team's day-to-day tasks.
  • Supporting layout and design tasks as needed, such as recruitment flyer design.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Students currently enrolled in high school or enrolled in an accredited college or university, from incoming freshman through receipt of their undergraduate degree.
2. Students must be at least 16 years of age at the time of appointment.
Special Note:
No student may be employed more than half-time during any week when the student is enrolled in classes that are in session. Students may be employed full-time during their vacation periods.
Department Preferences
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, Media Studies, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficient in video editing and design software
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, collaborative team player
