Rapidly growing consumer electronics distributor is seeking an energetic, detail oriented and experienced eCommerce Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have an outgoing personality with ability to work autonomously to grow sales, ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

We have a new opening for an eCommerce Manager. In this role you will collaborate with our team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will support our eCommerce division as well as other sales channels.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all account metrics are in top tier of performance
Collaborate with the warehouse to make sure RMA/Replacements are issued timely
Establish and maintain data integrations
Monitor seller performance, and maintain required minimum metrics
Ensure same day dispatching of orders by warehouse
Reconcile Amazon inventory activity in 3rd party warehouses
Creating cases with Amazon for FBA removals orders
Identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them timely
Recommend merchandising opportunities to improve inventory turnover
Provide proactive feedback to the team for continuous improvement of the company's product offerings, and competitive positioning
 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
2+ years of proven customer service or sales support experience or related field
Experience with Amazon FBA preferred
Proven multi-tasker with attention to detail
Experience buying and selling on eBay or other online platforms, especially with high-value items (preferred but not required)
Experience with consumer electronics and accessories helpful but not required
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Be highly motivated and excited to work in a start-up, entrepreneurial, dynamic environment
Be personable and able to interact well with customers and provide excellent service
Be process oriented with ability to define and continually refine best practices and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
