Insolation Technology LTD is a premier provider of Civil engineering company, delivering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our company's databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance:

  • Enter, update, and verify data into company databases with a high level of accuracy.
    Maintain data integrity by following established procedures and policies.
  • Regularly review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues promptly.
  • Ensure that data is up-to-date and relevant, supporting various departments needs.
Document Management:
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Scan and upload documents to the company's document management system.
  • Ensure all documents are correctly categorized and filed according to company standards.
Quality Control:
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy and processes.
  • Generate reports from databases as required by different department
Support and Collaboration:
  • Assist other team members with data-related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure data needs are met and provide data entry support for special projects.
