Position Overview
Supports load assignments, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Baton Rouge candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Assign and monitor freight loads
Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Maintain dispatch logs and operational records
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
