  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic practices in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral support strategies.
  • Regularly engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our agency maintains high-quality service standards.
  • Act as a liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance our service delivery and community impact.
  • Pursue continuous personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings within the field, representing both yourself and the clinic.
  • Promote and integrate the clinic's mission and values into every aspect of your work, ensuring alignment with our commitment to community wellness and recovery.

This role is pivotal in fostering resilience and empowering clients to embrace positive change in their lives.

Qualifications

  • Possession of an Independent LMHC License as issued by the state board is essential for practice.
  • Demonstrated capability in maintaining clinical records and preparing clinical documentation, alongside an ability to express ideas clearly and effectively to both colleagues and clients.
  • A proven track record of collaborative work within an interdisciplinary team setting, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and shared goals.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills grounded in professional knowledge that can be applied in diverse scenarios.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a wide array of mental health challenges, particularly in a community health setting, will set candidates apart.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and screening tools relevant to mental health assessment and intervention.
  • Prior involvement in community outreach and engagement, helping to bring awareness of mental health services to diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Productivity bonuses that acknowledge and reward your important contributions to our mission.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development and supervision, ensuring that you receive the support needed as you advance in your career.
  • A flexible schedule that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.
