Highland offers a platform where ambition translates into real opportunity. While the role is primarily on-site, it can be based out of either the Bellevue or Ellensburg office, with remote flexibility considered based on experience and location.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Advisor Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Build and grow a personal book of business through proactive, strategic business development
- Manage and deepen client relationships following acquisition
- Monitor market trends and participate in ongoing investment strategy discussions
- Meet or exceed revenue targets set for client acquisition
- Design and deliver tailored client service and planning experiences
- Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) to enhance client outcomes
- Actively expand professional network through events and relationship-building efforts
- Contribute to and uphold a high-performance, client-first firm culture
Advisor Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, including experience as an Advisor
- Proven track record of growing a book of business
- Experience working with clients who have $2-10M in liquid assets
- Series 65 (or equivalent) certification
- Primarily on-site, remote option available for non-local candidates
- Professional designation (CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
