• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as clients evolve in their journey.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders to enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, safeguarding client privacy and data integrity.
• Actively participate in case consultations and team activities, fostering a learning environment that benefits both clients and caregivers.
• Advocate for clients and mental health awareness, working towards reducing stigma associated with seeking mental health treatment.

Your expertise will primarily be directed towards individuals suffering from mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. • Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of client caseloads and documentation.

• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms utilized in virtual therapy settings.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
