• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an understanding of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients' specific treatment goals.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic objectives and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility issues or personal choice.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a high standard of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and consultations to enhance your clinical skills and remain updated on emerging practices in mental health.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. The role requires a deep understanding and sensitivity to various backgrounds, ensuring that all clients receive culturally competent and individualized care. Establishing trusting and supportive relationships will be a key focus to help clients feel comfortable and engaged in their therapeutic process.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport and facilitate a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseload, administrative tasks, and client meetings.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with remote counseling platforms are preferred. Candidates with expertise in trauma-informed care or specialized therapy modalities will also be highly regarded, as these skills can enhance the quality of service provided to clients.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and the complexity of your caseload.
