We are a licensed and compliant cannabis company committed to delivering high-quality products to 
our customers while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. We value 
flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude across all departments.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable team member for a Flex Position that functions as a 
Logistics Driver when needed and provides support to other departments (Vault, QC, Packaging, Trim, 
Cultivation, etc.) during downtime. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in 
their work, thrives in fast-paced environments, and values being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Driver (Primary Duty When Needed):
● Transport cannabis products to dispensaries and other licensed facilities in compliance with 
state regulations.
● Perform accurate delivery of products in a timely fashion.
● Ensure all required manifests and documents are accurate and accompany each delivery.
● Maintain clear communication with co-workers, customers, and intake personnel.
● Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and regulatory agents.
● Handle products with care and ensure security protocols are followed at all times.
When Not Driving – Cross-Department Support May Include but Not Limited To:
● Fulfillment/Vault: Support in fulfilling orders and/or assisting vault staff in daily operations
● Packaging: Packing, labeling, sealing, and organizing finished goods according to compliance 
standards.
● Trim: Hand trimming and manicuring of cannabis buds.
●  Cultivation: Assist others in maintaining the grow rooms, defoliating, and helping with 
traditional or fresh frozen harvests when needed.
● Any Other General Tasks: Cleaning, organizing, and assisting with other tasks throughout the 
building.
Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
● Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility (background checks may apply).
●  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet or sitting in a vehicle for extended periods.
● Flexibility to shift roles quickly based on business needs.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance protocols.
● Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience in cannabis, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing roles.
● Familiarity with METRC or cannabis compliance systems (a plus).
● Experience driving commercial or delivery vehicles (non-CDL okay).
