Job description

The Medina County Board of Elections is seeking applicants for Deputy Director. The position, in cooperation with the Director, is responsible for: overseeing, directing, and managing the Board of Elections staff and operations; conducting fair and impartial elections; and following the rules required by the Ohio Revised Code, federal legislation, Ohio Secretary of State, and Medina County Board of Elections.

The successful candidate must have superior communication & organizational skills, management & budgetary experience; database management ability; Word & Excel experience; attention to detail. College degree and previous elections experience preferred.
