Job SummaryThis position helps define and drive the strategy for our Medical Economics function: Surfacing insights that inform cross-functional stakeholders as they design initiatives that help control medical cost; identifying process improvements that speed Value Improvement initiatives; and creating executive communications around trend and trend drivers. This role blends strategy, medical cost/economics knowledge, and synthesizing data in a way that drives action.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years consulting experience involving strategic planning, business development and financial management operations, OR 8 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry.
* Experience leading and formulating strategy with the ability to build strong connections with people and teams.
* Drive results by working across departments in matrixed environment.
* Interpersonal skills, including presentation, written and verbal communication.
* Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
* Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
* Able to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
* Work directly with corporate leadership.
* Analytical, program management and problem solving skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA or MHA.
* Experience working with medical cost / trend data, or designing initiatives to help control medical trend - for a payer, provider, or elsewhere in the healthcare value chain.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 day in office; 2 days work from home.
