Elite Flex Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Bakersfield, California. The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our dedicated outpatient office located in Bakersfield, California. Here, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to patient care. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 8 PM, providing a structured environment that encourages clinical excellence and teamwork. Our outpatient setting allows for a diverse caseload, where you can apply your skills to a variety of patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine the need for physical therapy and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient care team.
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions to achieve rehabilitation goals and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Perform evaluations and physical interventions within the scope of practice, making use of established methodologies in line with the relevant regulations and best practices.
• Instruct patients and their families in home exercise programs, the use of therapeutic equipment, and strategies to enhance recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Effectively manage a caseload, prioritize patient needs, and coordinate care responsibilities within the team, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Utilize advanced technology and evidence-based practices to support a wide range of orthopedic conditions.

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a varied patient population, notably within the orthopedic realm. You will address complex conditions deriving from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and rehabilitation after accidents. The focus is on enhancing patients’ functional abilities and guiding them through recovery, thereby improving their overall quality of life.

• Every candidate must have a current Physical Therapy License valid in California and possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
• A passion for patient care, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team are essential.

• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory, as we welcome freshly graduated physical therapists eager to learn.
• Knowledge of contemporary therapeutic practices and rehabilitation technologies will be a plus.
