Vita Flex Therapeutics is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our esteemed rehabilitation facility located in Champaign, Illinois. This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Champaign, where collaborative practice is encouraged. Our facility is designed to create a welcoming and effective therapeutic atmosphere, featuring modern equipment and resources that facilitate innovative treatment strategies. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and clinic operations.

The Physical Therapist will engage in a range of critical responsibilities including:

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and functionality, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to alleviate pain and enhance physical performance.
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and creating customized home exercise programs to support their rehabilitation efforts.
• Administering therapeutic modalities like electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, while under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Preparing treatment areas and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies for efficient therapy sessions.
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Providing emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys, creating a positive healing environment.
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for individual rights.

Our facility serves a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and age-related conditions. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license or certification in the state of Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. Experience working with diverse patient populations or specialized areas of rehabilitation such as geriatrics or pediatrics will be advantageous.

Vita Flex Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
